Returns and Exchanges

In order for your return or exchange to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

The product(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging.

The product(s) must be unused and in resalable condition.

All accessories and promotional items included with the product(s) must also be returned.

Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product(s).

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange, as per your preference.
